Support speed limits
There are still countries having no general speed limit. Resources in design and construction of cars are spent to allow people getting a little faster from A to B. In Germany 3% of the country's car emissions could be saved if speed on 'Autobahns' was limited to 75mph; well acceptable considering the comparably short travel distances.
