Avoid restaurants which serve food on disposable dishes
Refuse first class dinner experiences with plastic cups and plastic straws, plastic forks/knifes and little plastic cups for the salad dressing ... they do exist, not only for take-out, but also dine-in. Somebody must have invented the term "throw-away society" after visiting one of these establishments.
