Put the squeezed lemon in the kettle
About to throw away a squeezed lemon? Before ending in the trash, let it have a stop-over in your kettle. It will do a great job de-calcing it.
This will save some chemicals and comes completely free. By the way: even if you don't have fresh lemons at home - buying citric acid is still better than (most) chemicals, and it will work just as good.
